iChart Command Line Arguments

If a user would like to run iChart as a service, the following command line arguments may be used:

 

• o”icr file”                – run iChart and open the icr file
• pab                          – run iChart at priority a, interrogate at priority b
  • where a and b are:
    • 0 – default priority
    • 1 – real-time
    • 2 – high
    • 3 – above normal
    • 4 – normal
    • 5 – below normal
    • 6 – idle
• -iclalarm            – enable alarm module
• -debug                – run iChart in debug mode
• -sim                     – run iChart in simulation mode
• -newdoc            – run iChart with a new project
• -nodoc               – run iChart without any project
• -reportonly     – run iChart in report mode
• -in                        – allow n instances of iChart running concurrently
