Source Water Monitoring
Protecting drinking water resources is a primary concern for many water professionals. NexSens offers customizable and scalable solutions for monitoring raw water intake.
In-Facility System
Systems are installed inside drinking water facilities and other complexes to monitor the quality of raw water from rivers, tributaries, lakes, and reservoirs.
Data Collection
Analog and digital inputs on NexSens data logger accommodate multi-parameter sensors or various combinations of individual sensors. Data is sampled and logged with a time and date stamp.
Communication Options
Radio, cellular, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, or Iridium satellite telemetry options deliver real-time data from local and remote locations to your computer or mobile device.
Multi-Parameter Sonde
Multi-parameter water quality sondes are used with a flow-through cell for simultaneous measurement of temperature, conductivity, pH, ORP, dissolved oxygen, turbidity, chlorophyll, and blue-green algae.
On-Line Monitors
Water quality monitors are available for process measurement of residual chlorine, dissolved ammonia, TOC, and more. Monitors transmit data using an analog 4-20mA or digital Modbus output for integration to the data logger.
Software and Data Management
Using iChart Live software and the optional WQData Live Web datacenter, project members can quickly access real-time water quality data and make informed operational decisions as needed.
Alarm Notification
Automated alarm notifications can alert project personnel when parameters exceed a set threshold. Systems can send alerts via SMS text message or e-mail.
Startup Support
Application engineers are available for training and technical support, both by phone and in person. Our extensive field experience helps ensure seamless implementation of the monitoring project.
